In this standard we talked about auxiliary views and how to use them properly. Auxiliary views are really helpful for us as they can be found in all other views.Discussion Board AUXILIARY VIEWS:The primary auxiliary view is the view that is projected from the object that is parallel to the bottom surface of the object. This view would be the most important to see the object when you try to view at a certain side and when you want to draw on a specific plain. The secondary auxiliary view is the view from the edges of the object so you can see it. This is a way to show the bottom and side view as edges. This view is necessary when you want to have an overview of the entire project and understand its shape and size. I have satisfied the standard (listed above) during this course when making my part drawings, using multiple orthographic angles. My future learning goals related to this standard would be to be able to get the hang of performing half views in my sketches. Something that I still wish to discover would be to be able to tell what an object looks like without using a three-dimensional view of the object, only by using two-dimensional auxiliary views. Especially those with a complex set of hidden lines.
